Installing text to speech on PIRCH 081

IF USING TEXT ASSIST:

add the following items under options/text to speech:

Application: tassdde.exe (full path i.e., c:\ctsnd\tassdde.exe)

Service/topic: TASSDDE|TALK

DDE Item Format: NULL

NOTE: if you do not have tassdde.exe you must download it from Creative Labs homepage
at http://www.creaf.com (SEARCH ON TASDDE OR TASSDDE WITHOUT THE EXTENSION). 

once you download the file, explode it into tassdde.exe and readme.txt. Place file
where you want it (soundblaster dir is nice :))

Application : monologw.exe (full path i.e., c:\monolog\monologw.exe

Service/Topic: MONOLOG|TALK

DDE item format: Leave this blank!
